Luxembourg/Malaga, May 9th 2022 - 36 Square Capital has sold 20% of its Kellogg's stake due to the close to intrinsic value current valuation of Kellogg's at estimated 70-75 USD. At the same time, the company has decided to take a first stake into 3M (NYSE:MMM) with an intrinsic value calculated at around 185-190 USD per share.
